An annotated directory of providers

Situation at the start of November 2026. This directory will be updated at each revision of the book, and significant changes, acquisitions, withdrawals of licences and disappearances, will be recorded in appendix D.

Every entrepreneur who sets out in RWA ends up wondering whom to work with. The answer that follows is selective and annotated, and the presence of a player is neither a recommendation nor a guarantee. I have included established players whose activity and status could be verified, giving priority to Europe and noting the main international players.

The market moves fast. Between 2025 and 2026, several leading providers were acquired, others went public, and others still obtained new licences. Before any commitment, each piece of information must be checked with the provider and in the authorities’ public registers, those of the AMF, the ACPR, ESMA or FINMA.
